1. Return Policy
Eligibility:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
- Email our Customer Service team at returns@yimatech.ngor call us at +2348094830448 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
Step 2: Pack the Item
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 3: Ship the Item
- Send the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Yima Technologies is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
3. Refunds
Processing Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
Approved Refunds:
- If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
General Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Shipping charges for the new order will apply.
5. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Original Shipping Charges:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
